INSTRUMENT ALLOCATION RULES FOR BEGINNERS III STUDENTS

The award and registration is open during the month of June, once the school period ends and once again the recompensation of available places is carried out.
The official students aspiring to the first year will apply for three instrumental specializations , by order of preference. If you do not obtain an instrument from the first option, it will go to the second and the third.
The order of preference for the award will be:

1- Antiguitat at the center (if they have taken one, two or three introductory courses).

2- In case of a tie, the youngest student will have priority.

3- Per sorteig in case of equality.

IMPORTANT: Those students who want to study piano or percussion must have their own instrument to be able to study at home.

ASSISTANCE
If the student stops attending any of the subjects stipulated in the course for unjustified reasons and accumulates three absences, the school may withdraw the student and offer the place to another person. All subjects are compulsory, including participation in auditions and concerts. Non-attendance may be a reason for not passing the course successfully.
Classes will not be made up for non-attendance of the student or for local/national holidays. In the event of the teacher's illness, the student will be contacted to make up the class. In the event that the student is injured and cannot follow classes normally, goes on a trip or has any reason for absence, this will not exempt him/her from paying the monthly fees; Otherwise, you must formalize the withdrawal. Nor can the refund of fees be claimed.

STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
Cases detected with special needs must be reported, so that the school can assess, before the start of the course, whether they have the appropriate means to be able to attend to them correctly. If this is not stated, the school reserves the right to cancel the enrolment if it considers that the corresponding service cannot be offered.

REIMBURSEMENT OF PAYMENTS
A refund of the amount paid will only be made in the event of an error attributable to the Municipal School of Music.

VIRTUAL CLASSROOM
The Music School at the beginning of each course will create a virtual classroom and the students will be added to be able to work through this tool.
It will be mandatory to have and provide a gmail or google email address to be able to access the school's virtual classroom. Music School.
In addition, the Music School will create messaging groups through WhatsApp to be able to report as quickly as possible any setback or information of interest inside or outside of school hours.

INFORMATION ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
